Wow, that month went by fast! And already October is here!

Kudos to you! I huge Thank you for ensuring you kiddos have inside shoes!

We have some NEW books for our Lending Library (these have all been donated to us!). They will be trickling out slowly, as I read each book before deciding if they should go into our Library!

This month our new books are the Moral Intelligence of Children (by Robert Coles); No - why kids of all ages need to hear it and ways parents can say it (by David Walsh PhD), and lastly we have a NEW family devotional for families with preschool children!

OCTOBER IN THE CLASSROOM

Theme: Harvest & Thanksgiving

Items Of Interest:

There will be no school on Monday October 13 - It’s Thanksgiving!

What We Will Learn About:

• being thankful

• how to be a friend

• helping each other

Special Days:

Monday October 6 - will be Pajama Day - let your child wear their pajamas to school!

Wednesday October 29 - Costume Day - let your child wear their Hallowe’en costume to school
